Fridge turned off whenever leaving the room, rendering it useless for storing food. Found mold on the bread during breakfast, along with some expired products. Layout across multiple buildings makes navigation a bit confusing, especially with luggage. Limited big towels available. no replacement options during the stay. Spa area cleanliness was lacking in the evening, with unclean cups and a messy relaxation space with wet floors.

The rooftop pool with massage jets was an absolute delight after a day of cycling! The breakfast spread was amazing with made-to-order omelettes. The only hiccup was the fridge shut off when we left the room. 😅

staying here was a delight with its prime spot just a few steps from the vibrant main square, making it super easy to stroll to local attractions like the beautiful Altes Rathaus and the inviting parks nearby for some fresh air and relaxation.

We had a lovely stay with a complimentary glass of Sekt upon arrival and a large quiet room with a comfortable bed. The rooftop pool and sauna were awesome for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only minor issue was that the fridge turned off when we left the room, which made it inconvenient for storing snacks. 😊

The hotel staff was super friendly,, always ready to help us with any questions we had. I also loved the breakfast buffet. it was so good, we couldn't get enough of the fresh orange juice and featured sausages every morning.

It wasn’t cheap,, but considering the amenities, it was still acceptable.

However, service at the restaurant fell short during peak hours, leading to a delayed meal that was unfortunately not prepared to standard, resulting in a bad experience for my partner. Additionally, the atmosphere felt chaotic due to the high number of guests, detracting from our overall enjoyment.
